About SlayCasinos

SlayCasinos is an independent UK-focused casino review desk. Every brand we cover is deposited into, tested end-to-end, and re-checked on a fixed quarterly cadence. Our reviews are signed by name, dated, and corrected in public when the facts change.

Who runs the site

SlayCasinos is edited by James Holloway (Senior Reviews Editor, six years inside casino operations before moving to the review desk in 2017) and Charlotte Reeve (Payments & Compliance Editor, ex-payments compliance analyst who maps operator ownership by cross-referencing UKGC, MGA, Curaçao GCB and Anjouan registers). Between them they own every published review, every payout-time table, and every complaints entry. No review is published without a named author and a named reviewer.

There is no anonymous content on this site. There are no AI-generated review bodies. Every page carries a byline you can email, and every methodology claim we make is testable by re-running the same protocol at the same brand.

Editorial independence

Ratings are set by the five-factor scoring model published in full on our How We Rate page: Payouts 35%, Bonuses 25%, Games 15%, Support 15%, UX 10%. Weightings are fixed. A brand cannot pay for a higher score, a higher list position, an “editor’s pick” badge, or an early publication slot. If a brand pulls its affiliate programme, its review stays live and its score stays where our testing puts it.

When a casino asks us to remove a negative finding, we don’t. When a payout test fails, we publish the failure — including the specific timing, the specific method, and the specific support ticket number where relevant. Where a review is corrected, the correction is dated and noted in the review body; we do not silently edit history.

How we make money

SlayCasinos is funded by affiliate commissions . When a reader clicks a “Claim Bonus” or “Visit Casino” button and subsequently signs up, we may receive a one-off referral fee or a share of the casino’s net revenue from that account. Every outbound casino link on the site is either an affiliate link or clearly marked as informational. Ranking order on every default list is determined by the shared rankedCasinos() helper: pinned editorial picks first (numbered on the record itself), then everything else by five-factor rating descending. There is no commercial override. If two brands score identically we tiebreak on withdrawal speed, not commercials.

What we don't do

We do not run “sponsored reviews”, “featured placements paid for by the operator”, or any commercial arrangement that would alter a rating or a list position. We do not accept gifts, hospitality or complimentary VIP treatment from brands we cover. We do not use casino-supplied images, casino-supplied bonus copy, or casino-supplied testing data — every payout time in our tables comes from a real transaction we ran in our own name.
